Getting your child the mental health care they need can be an extremely stressful process… not here! We commit to a frictionless and totally easy process to ease the burden off of your shoulders as a parent or caretaker.
Step 1: Schedule
We have made it super easy to schedule. You can use our calendar link, give a call, text, or email. Whatever works best to schedule your evaluation.
Step 2: Evaluation
Come to our cozy office designed with sensory sensitivity in mind. We have thought of everything, your schedule is busy, so plugin to our WiFi if you need.
Step 3: Personalized Plan
We will make and implement a personalized care plan for your child and help give tips and tricks to make this plan effective at home, school, and extra-curriculars.
Rest Easy
Watch your child make progress with their personalized care plan and rest easy knowing that their future is BRIGHT!
About Our Services
We offer psychiatric evaluations, psychiatric medication management, ADHD evaluations, and psychotherapy. Services in NY are delivered either by telehealth or in-person at our office in White Plains, NY. Services in MA are delivered primarily via telehealth, with limited in-person appointments available in Mashpee, MA. We see children, teens, and young adults up to age 21.
Psychiatric Evaluations
During an evaluation, we will review your history, complete a mental status evaluation, and discuss diagnosis. You may be asked to fill out a series of questionnaires before and after the appointment about your symptoms.
ADHD/ADD Evaluations
During an ADD/ADHD evaluation, we will discuss your symptoms, history, background, and you will complete testing to aid in diagnosis.
Medication Management
A personalized medication plan that may include prescription medications, non-prescription medications or supplements will be developed at your request.
Insurances Accepted
We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Point 32 (Formerly Tufts/Harvard Pilgrim in Massachusetts), and traditional Medicare. We can also accept Blue Cross Blue Shield in New York and United Health Care in Massachusetts through our partnership with Headway (headway.co). We are also in-network with Partners Health Plan in New York (https://phpcares.org/). We are able to provide you with documentation for your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits.
